1) Fonts & System Metrics: WINDOWTEXT:COLOR

2)

Green is Styles > ControlPanelStyle > ContentLink
Orannge is Styles > ControlPanelStyle > BodyText
Blue is Styles > ControlPanelStyle > GroupText

I've never done this but you could try :  for about windows

C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US  >  basebrd.dll.mui

Open it with a res hacker  and check the strings file  to see if you get  a text match and edit it.

For the other look in  :

C:\Windows\System32\en-US  folder, maybe try   WinSATAPI.dll.mui,  or Perfcenter.dll.mui    again look in the string file.

Not promising anything, these are just suggestions, edit at your own risk !

Some of it's in C:\Windows\System32\en-US\user32.dll.mui

Not sure about the legal notice but the build number and name are in there.
