Captionbar text positioning help.

See image above.
First is what happens. Second is what I want.
No matter what I use for content or caption margins, the text is always too low. I need to get it in center of the grey area. Ideas?

n/m.. figured out what was going on.. messing with margins and the image itself fixed things.
