I have already replaced the command module and menubar backgrounds, but it doesn't make any difference. Could it be falling back to the default for some reason?

No idea. Send me or post a link to the msstyles. And anything you've added or is different from the default.

I tested your msstyles and everything changed like I said.
Are these pictures of your normal msstyles? Have you added anything else like new bars etc. Also, you aren't showing me pictures when some application is used are you?

That top one isn't a command bar, it's some toolbar.

Not that I know of (it's a mod of another theme), and I restarted the applications if that's what you mean.

Couple more options- Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > Rebar
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Menu Bar > Background
Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > BrowserTabBar
What are the pictures of?
Might even be this -
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Explorer Bar > Rebar > Background

Ah right, don't have any of those apps, might be a good idea to change -
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Menu Bar > Background
as well, normal explorer uses them both, maybe explorer++ does as well

That's one of the things bad about the MSStyles, there are so many toolbars and rebars that use the same image it gets really confusing as to which is which. I've drawn up a concept for WSB that would fix this problem and Ave said he'd look into it for the next version of WSB.

Any thing to make it easier, look forward to seeing what you've come up with.
