is it possible to customize Internet Explorer 9?
I would like to Favorites button on the left side (as with IE8)

It's much harder as you can only do it via DirectUI.

I wouldn't say easy. It's pure XML code so you'd have to guess and test a lot.

It can't be done at all in WSB.
