Why is there such a large padding between the user picture and the places list? Also where's the text in the tabs and menu in the preview?

I hid my real name from the start menu and I blanked out the tabs for the preview in photoshop.

Oh, I've had my user folder disabled for so long on StartIsBack I forgot it even existed.

I linked my hotmail so it pulled that as my username for the system. I need to figure out how to change it lol.
