What's the latest on this software?

Hello, I haven't been in this forum or used Windows Style Builder since 2009 I think. What's the latest version, and where do I download it from? I searched my emails from 2009 and found the confirmation e-mail with the link, username and password to download InstallVistaStyleBuilder.zip. I just did, but when I unzipped the file it gave me two setup files that have a date of 10/19/2009. So I'm guessing the link must be to an older file, unless this program hasn't been updated in one and a half years? What the latest version?
