Where can I change the color and the size of the font in the taskbar on aero? Haven't found it yet ...

You have to go to: Taskbar & Tray Notify > Taskband > Aero > Toolbar> <default>
You can add different properties for "default", "hot", "pressed", "checked" and "hotchecked". You can add Glow too.
