Googled your problem and found this:
"You have NUMLOCK turned on. Since there is no number pad on a laptop
keyboard, a section of the keyboard substitutes numbers for letters when
NUMLOCK is engaged. Turn NUMLOCK off and the original values of the keys
(letter or symbol) are available once again. With many laptops there is a
Fn key that needs to be pressed along with NUMLOCK to toggle the function
on/off"
