SL theme, on laptop

Hello. First of all, i apologise for the offtopic.
Just wanted to ask something about the theme i use on my PC.
I sent it to a friend of mine, he has a laptop Toshiba, Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, . He patched with UX Theme patcher. He applied the SL theme. Everything looks great, he said, but..instead letters, when he wanna write, only numbers, no letters 
Why that ? Do you have any ideas ?

Does the theme use a different font? If so does he have that specific font installed?

Yes, the theme use Arial font. And i guess, he already has Arial font, in the "FONTS" folder.
I think the problem is somewhere ...on..language ..keyboard...
