I'm trying to figure out what app/action is the easiest method for testing this progress bar?

I ended up finding an app that always crashes and using that.

There is a 2-3 second period after an app crash where the indeterminate progress bar is shown.

And about that... I'm looking for this background image (the bar). Do you know where it is?

Usually connecting to a wireless network takes some time, and it uses indeterminate, I think.

I think that the best way is trying to update some drivers.
Open Devices administrador, and click Properties on some device, and click on update drivers. When it's searching drivers online, appears this progress bar. I think it's very quick to trying.
