can the font be changed in the Personalization window where is says  My Themes,  Aero Themes,  Installed Themes?  I know you can change the color at Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ListView > GroupHeader  how about the font.

I tried to upload a screenshot but get error The attachments upload directory is not writable, Your attachment or avator cannot be saved.

Don't think so.

Changed all the system fonts, added fonts, changed fonts. Nothing worked Sad

Could be in DUI files somewhere. Some times they'll use fonts there instead of the msstyles. Or in some obscure location in the msstyles.
