Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Buttons > Button > PushButton

those are all ready changed
so it can't use that image

It is like the buttons are classic buttons from the classic theme

Classic button are usually drawn with one or more of BTNSHADOW, BTNHIGHLIGHT, DKSHADOW3D, LIGHT3D colors (Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics)
