Inheritance Bug

Ave you already know this, how I've stated that there's an inheritance bug. We'll since it's 1AM here I'll leave these extra details I just found out here.

(The following could be in order, I don't know what happens first).

RMAP gets corrupt, breaking inheritance.
Before RMAP gets fixed properties are in their right places.
RMAP gets fixed, all global properties are gone.
Readd global properties.
Theme now works flawlessly.

What I don't understand is how this affects inheritance, I thought that was controlled by BCMAP?
