saving /combining a theme?

ok so you save a theme in Ave's style builder... you only get the .msstyle or something! how can i make it a theme so i can share it with others? like when u download from deviantart you get a folder with some dll's and stuf ?

dlls are when you change system files like shell32.dll, ExplorerFrame.dll etc etc. You put them in your theme folder too.
