I can't find this

Ok So I am trying to find this image and I have searched on this forum cause I know I seen someone post about this before but knowing my luck I can't find it lol

any who can some one please tell me how to change or remove this image

Try Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PreviewPane > <3> & Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PreviewPane > <4>
if you use the preview panel

Yeah, 3's the navi pane and 4's the reading pane.
