Did you go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization\Window Color and Appearance
& slide the slider to the left

Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Normal > Top > Active
Set colorizationopacity:int to 0

Try Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBand > BackgroundBottom
ColorizationColor:Int = 0
ColorizationOpacity:Int = 0

Try Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBand > BackgroundBottom
ColorizationColor:Int = 0
ColorizationOpacity:Int = 0
All of Aero's colors are controlled by the one in the window frame. Except aero standard which uses the global.
