One is Explorer & Shell > Shell > Task Dialog > Footnote Pane >  Fillcolor:Color.
Two is Fonts & System Metrics > Btnface:Color

thanks 3am, but you know that run window white background? because if you edit one fillcolor of taskdialog ( primarypanel i think ) some of it changes but I need now other part, the bigger part
