Can this font be changed?

I have search on here and in WSB, can't find this anywhere can this font be changed?

Well yes. As you can see in your screenshot it already is. The question is how'd you get it to be that font? I would assume it's set by a global font. Which in order to change manually you'll have to edit timedate.cpl's UIFile.

First check out your fonts at Styles > Flyout Style > 2
                                                                           >4 > 1
                                                                           >4 > 2
and Styles > Tooltip Style > Standard.

These are the fonts timedate.cpl reference. So it could be one of these. Maybe.
