The white? Try netcenter.dll or netshell.dll

Then it'll be in one of the following:

Shell32.dll > UIFile: 3, 7, 8, 12, 32, 44, 45, 52

That's why more and more guys make white-background-visual styles. Just as we 'll always find some hidden partswe can't change with the msstyle. And as we can't hack every dll files...
