that searchbar has hardcoded color values. Sorry, my mistake!

You can change everything except the white outline. See #11 here:  http://vistastylebuilder.com/forum/index.php?topic=1179.0

Search Box textcolor is at Fonts & System Metrics > WindowText:Color if you have entered something like 26,26,26 in a color search
Search Box textcolor is at Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Boxes > Edit > Basic > EditText > CueBanner if you have text like "Search Colors"

As far as the disabled color of "Copy" I think is  Fonts & System Metrics > BtnShadow:Color
