Try Fonts & System Metrics > BtnShadow: Color
Also Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Colors(Global) > EdgeShadowColor:Color
In fact I'd look at the rest of the Edge colors too while you're at it

The lines under the menu bar text & under the stop reload home etc. buttons is 2 colors in each line.
The line by the bookmarks also changes the text at the menu bar & if you have the google toolbar addon it
changes the box around the search box.
