Anyone know how to turn off windows hot-tracking at the taskbar for Windows 7
Just use file images, no appear color when mouseover or click

Are you talking about flash animation on taskbar buttons ? The only way is to make solid images, to overwrite the anim.

Remove it. Click it and select Remove Property.
