Does anyone know where these are located:
1) Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Places Bar (and Button) 2) Explorer & Shell > Shell > Info Pane (also Button & Toolbar)
I've looked everywhere but can't find them.
Please provide an example..and maybe even an illustration.
Thanks.

1) Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Places Bar (and Button) The left pane for some "Save Dialog window", like when you save a file, or in Photoshop example

You can see the info pane when you search in a non-indexed location.

Are you sure you're not talking about Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Info Bar?

Same thing.
If Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Info Bar and Explorer & Shell > Shell > InfoPane are the same thing why are they in two places with 2 different names, properties etc?

Oh. No idea what InfoPane is for. Never paid it any attention. Didn't even know it was there to tell you the truth.

Because it has properties. The InfoBar's name in DUI is InfoPane so maybe it has something to do with it.

Well I got it and it's button colored pink and purple. So if I ever see it I'll say so.
Maybe combine them and make InfoBar InfoPane > Button?

Never seen a button other than the close button in the InfoBar. It could be left over from XP like ExplorerBar.

No, it's Info Pane that has a Button and Tool Bar....but nobody has seen either.
Info Bar just has a Background and is commonly seen.
That green bar in my picture is Info Bar.
