Where is the blue background image when mouse hoover
the MenuBar Button

There's a way to get rid of that so it functions as a regular toolbar. I forget how though.

Uncheck this property to have a proper image instead.
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > FlatMenus:Bool

The image to edit for this is:
Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > Button

Hmm, nice find but it only works for explorer related windows and not IE or Windows Mail. With those two it reverts back to the classic style 3d border hover
