Square off your frame images. Make everything 90 degree angles.

Also. Take your frame images and color all the different parts. Test it to see what parts have what colors. Stop testing. Change the colors and parts to what you want. Test again. Keep testing until the frames look right. Then save your images. This is the best way to find out locations and structure. Do this everywhere you have questions about. Use the Test button over and over. That's what it is for. You won't break it Smiley

Hi 3am, thanks for your reply! Smiley

In fact, i've changed every frame image yet, aero & basic, all subsections (normal, fading, toolwindow, aero peek & shadowless in Aero, each "caption" image in Basic).
They're now all totally white square images with transparency at 30% for active & 10% for inactive...
But maybe i forgot something somewhere... Are they all in "Windows & Caption Buttons"...?

Thanks for your help!!!  Wink

Go to Fonts, Colors & SystemMetrics > Colors   and check all your Edge colors

Might have something to do with Shadows?  Maybe transparency ( My frames are all solid color and perfectly square)?

That's all I got. Sorry.

Yes, i've done that in "Fonts & System Metric", set all to white... Even "gradient active/inactive caption"...
Effectively, without transparency, windows are perfectly squarred...

Anyway, i'll keep a round version if i can't fix that... Smiley

Thanks again, 3am!

Not Fonts & System Metrics but Fonts, Colors & SystemMetrics > Colors. There's a bunch of Edge Colors in there.
