IE tab background--not showing up

The IE browser tab background isn't showing itself.

Hi, take a look at "Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > BrowserTabBar".
I have replaced my BrowserTabBar (background behind the tabs) and it shows up fine.
I don't know why yours is showing up all glitchy, I suppose some setting is wrong there?

My settings there are:

SIZINGMARGINS:MARGINS -- 1,1,15,15
BGTYPE:ENUM -- IMAGEFILE
SIZINGTYPE:ENUM -- STRETCH

And my image there is a solid 3 x 31 pixels.

Search VSB for ReBar and see if they're all marginalized correctly.
