1) The arrow is Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Boxes > ComboBox > DropDownButton Right
The Refresh is a bitmap in your ExplorerFrame.dll

You are right.

Spent last 30 minutes checking all dropdown, split  etc buttons. No luck.

I think it is part of ExplorerFrame.dll like refresh. Either bitmaps 280, 281 or 288 . I can't remember right now. Sad

Finally found it:

Address, Breadcrumbs & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Normal > Active > Button. Color the image(Hot, Pressed etc). It is also behind the Refresh.

Had a hell of a time finding this Tongue

2) Behind arrow:                                                                    > 5
3) Arrow:                                                                              > 6
4)Behind Question Mark etc:                                                   > 3

Highlight PlacesList by using StartMenu > Panels > Basic > PlacesList Hover

For all Start Menu questions read this:  http://vistastylebuilder.com/forum/index.php?topic=1017.0
