How can I do that?
I saw theme without this stuff, so I guess it's possible.

change these contentmargings: Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > NavBar > Basic > Base > Band to e.g. 0,0,-32,1

Have tried it myself some time ago and have to say that I missed the usability pretty quick
