All Programs ( This has been addressed people are pissed at me)

The way how I get it there is no way to add a picture in the all programs white area of  the startmenu, you can color it all you want.  Windowblinds doesn't do this, is there a hack for this?  The person on My digital life told me to come here!  Any help?

I know you are all pissed at me except for a select few.

It doesn't take an image. You'd have to reprogram explorer.
