New Problems...

Look at the placelist there, it isnt as it should be, ( it should be like on logoff) but how to fix it?

Ptoblem is, the things arent same, even if I edit sizingmargnis and contentmargnis, look the picture below, up is what it should be, down is what ive got, so what ive done wrong?
