I have managed to disable cleartype everywhere in Windows 7 by editing the aero.msstyle file with VistaStyleBuilder, except for the title bar.

I have changed all the font settings in the aero.msstyle file from "Quality:Cleartype" to "Quality:NonAntialiased", but the title bar still displays text using cleartype.
Is there a way to disable cleartype in the title bar as well?

I remember doing this in Vista too.. I never figured out the title either it would always look grumpsy or something.
I "solved" it by using bold instead.. it didnt look as bad and it was the only 'solution' i ever found
