Creating a transparent theme

How would you create a transparent theme for Windows 7? I'm just looking to make the title bar, right side of the start menu and taskbar transparent.

1) You can't make the taskbar completely transparent with WSB. You have to use something like this:

2) You also can't make the top frame completely transparent. There will always be some blur.

3) You can't make just the right side of the start menu completely transparent without affecting the rest of the menu.

You could make the whole menu completely transparent though:
