Some stuff I don't think ever made it to the forum:

1) Not Responding text color is Windows 8 (For Testing Purposes Only) > Task Manager > Task Manager > Heatmap > Level 9 > TEXTCOLOR



2) Red border in File History is Styles > ScrollbarStyle > ThumbButtonHorizontal > FILLCOLORHINT



3)  Address Bar overflow chevron is:

Background: Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Breadcrumb > Basic > Normal > Overflow Active > Chevron > Main Image
Glyph: Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Breadcrumb > Aero > Normal > Overflow Active > Chevron > Glyph Image

Not absolutely sure about #3. I can only say that I haven't personally seen it in 7
