Set Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Colors (Globals) > GLOWINTENSITY:INT to equal zero

I think that these captions aren't being drawn like regular aero window captions. I've tried to remove ClearType from Aero captions and failed spectacularly, but these two captions are uncleartyped here.

Ribbon applications use a custom frame so it can draw the QAT and stuff, so yeah it's not like all other windows.
