If you're looking for the color then: Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Scroll Bars  Trackers > TrackBar > Tics

That's on the 1.6 XMLs so it might be different on the 1.4.1's.

lol...The tics are translucent so they are probably like the clockhands. Looked in sndvol.exe, mmres.dll and mmsys.cpl with no luck either Huh?

What's more annoying is that the middle and bottom ones don't even show the same color in a color picker.
