Where can I find the following marked image? Is it in the msstyle?

If I remember correctly, the little design there is in Shell32.dll\Bitmap\632.
The base is actually a gradient there. You can edit that in VSB. Look in "Explorer & Shell > Explorer > ControlPanel > NavigationPane"
