The colored glow needs to go for this theme.. How do I rid myself of it?

Windows takes the dominate color of the icon and creates that effect.

Microsoft says "This approach is visually attractive, yet subtle, conveying a humble personality" lol.

Thanks. Luckily I'm making a retro style so a lack of transparency isn't a hard thing to do without changing my visuals - I just didn't know. xD
