win 7 details pane doesn't keep background color after reboot

When I try some visual under 7SB just seems fine .



Then save and reboot , the color "reset" to white .



What's the matter ?? 

Firstly thought it was the top location of my details pane causing the trouble , but saw many other screens with such top location .

I change background color there :




Are there other settings that I should make in 7 SB ?

Did you leave the test theme enabled or is it saved? Because it looks like it's not loading the shellstyle at all.

It is saved but I just noticed when I loaded and saved the other msstyle I've modified , then rebooted ,  details pane color is ok and stay blue .

so now I let it as main style .

very strange .
