Active/Inactive Transparency

Hello
can anyone help me with this
i want to change the transparency of the inactive windows
Ideally i will like both active and inactive to have the same transparency
how do i control this?

So... lets see, im not 100% sure it will work but you better check out
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top > MaxActive
Take settings from there and apply them to here:
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top > MaxInactive
As I sayed, im not sure.
