Colors of Windows Task Manager

Is it possible to change colors of the classic old Windows Task Manager offered by winaero.com or at least the colors of the new Task Manager?

I tried

Fonts, Color&System Metrics > Fonts&System Metrics > WINDOW:COLOR

, page 20 in Complete Guide to Theme Building, but nowadays this color influences a lot of another windows... It's a mess.
