The arrow(s): https://ibb.co/PZwC2Nq
The little horizontal bar under the arrow and the second bar under the refresh button: https://ibb.co/9gfRt48

1) Windows 10 Dark Mode > Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > Glyph
   Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > HotGlyph

2) Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Normal > Active > Button
   Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Normal > InActive > Button
   Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Max > Active > Button
   Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Max > InActive > Button

1)I have images at DPI 96,120 & 144 at Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > HotGlyph:

2)The hover images are at Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > Go Toolbar > Basic > Normal > Active & Inactive > Button > Hot

The button images return to normal when you stop hovering over them.

When you click the arrow on the left it becomes Windows 10 Dark Mode > Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > ComboBox > Normal > Active > DropDownButtonRight

Ok, i found it at: Windows 10 Dark Mode > Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > ComboBox > Normal > Active > DropDownButtonRight
And it works.

I have successfully change the img of the arrow at this location, but when i click on it, the default one come back. Where this img/color is located ?

Do you mean Windows 10 Dark Mode > Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Address > ComboBox > Normal > Active > DropDownButtonRight > Glyph Image DPI 96, 120 etc?

The original image is a bitmap in C:\Windows\SystemResources\ExplorerFrame.dll.mun

It's no longer in the msstyle. Might be in ExplorerFrame. But with new modern search I'm not sure
