Noticed some colors where I 'd like to set to my choice but where are those parts in wsb ?

UAC is Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Control Panel > ControlPanel > SmallCommandArea

GPEDIT: gray part is Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > ACTIVECAPTION
        no idea why you have that black part, for me that whole panel is just Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOW
