Tools to edit image files ?

and sorry for inconvenience ( didn't use WSB since 1.4 and have to relearnsome basics)

But , which tool are you using to change some images in shellstyle.dll ?

I remember of "ressource hacker" , is "resbuilder "any good to dothesame job ? ( freeware ) or anything else ?

I use Restorator 2007 and Resource Hacker. Don't know about other ones.
