Places list Color changes when it has transparent areas

When I use image file that has transparent area for StartMenu places list, It is come out like this.


Color is changed and It's opaque.

1) Get rid of the color by going to Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > Active and change the value of COLORIZATIONOPACITY:INT to zero.

2) I don't think there is any way not to have blur in PlacesList.

Never mind. I forgot that there is a way to get rid of the blur. But no search box though search still works:
