Moving the tray clock

Hi,

Is it possible to move the tray clock about 2 pixels higher?
I already tried to change margins within Taskbar & System Tray > Basic > Clock without success. I am also not sure where the space above the red area comes from.

Spent a bit trying to do this and I can't seem to get it working either, its position might be programmed to be like that rather than a property in the msstyles
