Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PreviewPane > Details Background > Horizontal

It should be: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PreviewPane > Details Background > Horizontal

But it affects all details panes, to do something different you'll have to edit AppWiz.cpl UIFILE 302
