Hey thanks for all the help, but I couldn't find this image/color anywhere on the maps threads.
I'm trying to change the color of the blue line above the White line in this image.

in 1.4.1 XMLs: StartMenu > Panels > Aero > Top > Programs List Separator
in 1.6 XMLs: Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > Programs List > Programs List Separator

Hm... didn't work.
That seemed to change the separator on the Places list, i tried Basic too, didn't work for me.
