If you are using 1.4.1 XMLs:
1 and 2) Change the font at Fonts & System Metrics > ICONTITLEFONT:FONT
3) Add a font at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsTab
4) Add a font at Start Menu > Panels > Basic > LogoffSplitButtonLeft

Alternatively
1) Add a font at Start Menu > Menus > Aero > StartMenuCompositedMFU::ListView
2) Add a font at Start Menu > Menus > Aero > PlaceList:ListView
That's with 1.6 XMLs, but I think it's the same with the 1.4 XMLs

Just so there's no confusion, XMLs Version 1.4.1 is in Windows Style Builder 1.5. To find out what version you're using click the WSB icon in the Command Bar at the top of the program.
