Logoff Menu Help Needed For Win7

I'm new to VSB and have been using it for a couple of days with great success.  Despite spending much time looking and also searching the forum, I can't find the resource that controls the logoff popout menu font size.  This is the menu that contains the items "Switch User", "Logoff", "Lock","Restart" and "Shutdown".  I want to change the font size and color. Can someone please help?

Start Menu > Menus > Basic > Toolbar > Textcolor

You can also add Textcolors for Hot, Checked etc states too.

Change the font here by clicking the Font value and using the WSB Font Menu
