I'm honestly surprised it got so much attention. But here's how he did it in less than 5 minutes.
Notes:
1) Resource Spy was used instead of resource hacking.
2)
I DO NOT SUPPORT YOU EDITING XML FILES DUE TO INCONSISTENCY AND OTHER REASONS. DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
3) That person in Steam chat would like me to stress the fact he was joking for some reason.

Great video...as always.
Took me half an hour to watch it because I kept hitting Pause all the time....
